Dr. Nasir Zahari (Prince Court Medical Centre/Imperial Medical Centre)

Dr. Nasir is well-known to be the surgeon of choice for Royals, celebrities and the elite in Malaysia. He also has a long portfolio of successfully operations on patients from all over the world . He is renowned for his expertise with minimum incisions for natural appearance of the breasts, short-scar facelift, modified abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck) and multiple cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Nasir received his medical qualification from the University of Melbourne in 1988 and later obtained the prestigious Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCS) in 1993. He then completed post-graduate training in Univeristi Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) culminating in a Master of Surgery degree from UKM. Dr. Nasir has underwent higher surgical training in the USA and Japan between 1995 and 1998 and has also been a member of the elite‘Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Craniofacial of facial Surgeons (MAPACS)’ from 1999 until present.
He has been Consultant Plastic Surgeon at UKM Hospital from 1999 to 2006 and has been Visiting Consultant Plastic Surgeon at various top Private Hospitals before being appointed Clinical Director, Centre of Excellence Plastic Reconstructive, Cosmetology, Dermatology & Burns Unit at Prince Court Medical Centre in 2006. Throughout his career, he has published numerous papers on Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and is a very popular invited speaker at many plastic surgery seminars in Malaysia and abroad.

Dr. Leow Aik Ming (Imperial Medical Centre) MBBS (MAHE), FRCS (Edin), MS (Plast. Surg) (USM), AM, Fellowship in Craniomaxillofacial Surgery (Germany), Fellowship in Craniofacial Surgery (Taiwan)
Dr.Leow specializes in craniomaxillofacial and craniofacial reconstructive surgery and is of one the only elite surgeons trained in those areas in Malaysia. He graduated from India with a First Class degree in 1995 and obtained the prestigeous Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (FRCS) from Edinburgh in 2001. Dr. Leow received his basic Plastic Surgery training in Universiti Sains Malaysia where he obtained the MS (Plastic Surgery) in 2005. He then underwent extensive training in Craniomaxillofacial surgery at the famous Freiburg University (Germany) and Craniofacial Surgery at Chang Gung Univerisity (Taiwan). He has been involved in the reconstructive treatment for many complex craniofacial deformities resulting from birth, trauma or tumour excision - some of which few in Malaysia can perform. His experiences include microsurgical reconstruction, cleft and craniofacial surgery, orthognathic surgery (conventional and non conventional (surgery-first) techniques), cranioplasty, ear reconstruction and many types of facial aesthetic surgeries (blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, facelift, forehead lift, facial contouring and etc). Other interests include body contouring surgery, laser surgery and liposuction. Dr. Leow holds several prominent positions in the public and universities hospitals. He is also an appointed honorary lecturer for the under-graduate trainees in dental surgery and post-graduate trainees in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia, Kubang Kerian, Kelantan. He is actively involved in research and publications. He is often invited as speaker in several national and international conferences in the field of plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as craniofacial surgery.

Dr. Eileen Fong Pek Siew (Prince Court Medical Centre)

Dr. Eileen Fong graduated from the University Malaya in 1989 and became a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons(Edinburgh) in 1993. She underwent Plastic Surgery training in the UK up to 1997 and later continued her training in Singapore. Dr. Fong obtained her Diploma in Plastic Surgery from the British Association of Plastic Surgeons in 1997 and the Fellow of Academy of Medicine of Singapore (Plastic Surgery) in 2000. She is also a member of various prestigious Plastic surgery societies such as the Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic, and Craniofacial of facial Surgeons (MAPACS), the Oriental Society of Aesthetic Surgeons, the International of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and the International Confederation of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. Dr. Fong has also been invited to appear on TV on a number of occasions to share her expertise and opinion of Breast and general plastic surgery and has written numerous articles both in academic and public printed media.
Dr. Fong has been appointed Consultant Plastic Surgeon at University Malaya Medical Centre from 2000-2004 and is at present Consultant Plastic, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Prince Court Medical Centre.
Dr. Fong specializes in all aspects of Cosmetic Surgery especially those related to the breasts - be it breast augmentation, lift, reduction or reconstruction.

Dr. Heng Kien Seng (Nicanor Clinic/Columbia Asia Hospital)

Dr HENG Kien Seng studied medicine at the National University of Malaysia from 1988 till 1993. He had his first experience in surgery upon reaching the shores of Sabah. He was transferred to the Kuala Lumpur General Hospital (KLGH) in 1996 after the completion of his part I fellowship examination. He underwent training in various surgical rotations which included general surgery, urology, orthopaedic and hepatobiliary.
His plastic surgical training began in 1999 at the Department of Plastic Surgery at KLGH. After completing 2 years of training, he was accepted to the Department of Plastic Surgery, Singapore General Hospital (SGH). During his 3 years in SGH, he underwent extensive and comprehensive training in various sub-disciplines in Plastic Surgery which included burns, reconstructive, microsurgery and craniomaxillofacial surgery. During his training, Dr Heng travelled extensively and visited various Plastic Surgical centers to further his knowledge and skills in Plastic Surgery. Amongst the few were:
- Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Taiwan, with Prof Dr Yu Ray Chen
- Plastic Surgery Institute of Southern California, with Dr Edward Owen Terino

Upon his return to Malaysia in 2004, he took up the position as a lecturer and consultant plastic surgeon at University Malaya Medical Centre. Dr Heng advanced his cosmetic practise at the private wing of University Malaya Specialist Centre from 2004 to 2005. He was accepted to the Malaysian Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Craniomaxillofacial Surgeons (MAPACS) in 2004.
In 2006, Dr Heng left university practise and joined a group of dermatologists in Klang. He furthered his grip in various cosmetic surgical procedures which included liposuction, sculpturing of the body, breast surgery, and creation of double eyelid, rhinoplasty and facelift.
Dr Heng is the first Plastic Surgeon in Malaysia to be trained by the “Vaser Institute”, a Colorado based establishment, dedicated to surgical training in body sculpting. Upon completion of more than 100 cases of body sculpting, he went to be the first few Plastic Surgeons in the world to undergo the “High Definition Liposculpture” training, an advanced body contouring technique developed by Colombian plastic surgeon, Dr Alfredo Hoyos. It is a 3-dimensional procedure that will reveal a sculpted, well-toned, muscular detail of the body.
In early 2007, Dr Heng furthered his knowledge in breast augmentation with Dr Charles Randquist, a renowned Plastic Surgeon specialises in tear drop shaped breast implants. Since then, Dr Heng is one of the top users of tear drop shape breast implant in Malaysia.
In May 2007, Dr Heng started his own Cosmetic Surgery Centre at the KLSMC and the Nicanor Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Centre. Dr Heng continues to update himself to the recent techniques, technologies and advancement in Cosmetic Surgery in order that his patients receive only the best in Aesthetic surgery.
