Steps to Your Holiday
Perfect Enhancement is dedicated in making the process of booking your Cosmetic Surgery Holiday as easy as possible. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Enquiry
Any questions that you may have about Cosmetic Surgery, our services or our partners can be put forward to us either by telephone or by filling up our enquiry form. You can aslo ask for a free cost estimate for the procedure(s) and packages you are interested in this way. We will respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.
2. Medical/Travel Form
Once you have decided to go for Cosmetic Surgery via Perfect Enhancement, fill in our detailed Medical/Travel form and submit photos (usually a front and side profile photo) to help us and our Surgeon evaluate your fitness and suitability for the procedure(s). At this point, we will invoice you via email for RM 150 as a commitment fee (ipay88). Upon receipt of the payment, your form and photos will be forwarded to your chosen Surgeon for assessment. Further information e.g. recent blood tests or letters from your doctors may be required. This is all necessary to reduce the chances of cancellation when you arrive in Malaysia due to poor health or unsuitability for the surgery. We can also arrange for direct contact with your Surgeon by phone or email should you wish so. If the Surgeon decide not to take up your case, the RM 150 payment will be refunded back to you.
3. Booking and Payment
Once the Surgeon decides that you are suitable for the surgery, we will then need you to confirm your travel arrangements, flights and chosen accommodation. We will issue you a detailed itinerary of your holiday. Upon your confirmation, we will invoice you via email (ipay88) for payment for the accommodation. Payment can be made by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard). The payment must be made at least 2 weeks before your travel. If you decide to cancel your holiday within 2 weeks of the travel date, the accommodation payment will be forfeited. However, you can use this deposit by selecting other procedures.
