When you sign up for our service, we handle everything for you from the moment you arrive in Malaysia to the moment you fly back home. In fact, our service doesn’t stop there. We will always be available for contact should there be any concerns online or over the phone. And what’s more? The services we offer are at no extra charge - it is all included in the treatment packages. Below is the list of unrivaled services we provide:

Medical Screening
Via our comprehensive online medical form if you are an international client or a visit from our Doctor if you are local, our medical screening programme aims to, as far as possible, determine your suitability and fitness for your surgery before you travel or commit to the treatment or surgery. Any problems or potential problems will be highlighted so that appropriate steps will be taken to rectify or clarify the problems e.g. getting letters from the concerned Doctors to certify your fitness for the treatment, undergoing a fresh medical check-up or stopping certain medications that may interfere with the treatment. All this will be done in liaison with the treating Doctor/Surgeon. This will reduce the chances of cancellation and disappointment after you have committed and travelled to Malaysia due to unsuitability for the surgery/treatment.

Compression Garments
To improve healing, reduce post-operative discomfort and complications, we strongly recommend the use of compression garments. These are high quality garments imported from the US (Design Veronique®) and comes in various designs and colours targeting specific areas of the body with the optimum level of compression without compromising comfort. Bookings & Appointments
We arrange all bookings and appointments with your chosen Doctor/Surgeon and also arrange the treatment/surgery date - all at your convenience. This will enable you to commit your precious time to other commitments. We will confirm these appointments via email or phone. We will also escort and transport (if necessary) you to these appointments and handle all administrative procedures for you so all need to do is relax and enjoy your consultation.

Personal Service
A Customer Service Officer (CSO) will be assigned personally to you to assist you in all issues and queries pertaining to your treatment and your time in Malaysia. A local SIM card will be provided to you to facilitate contact with your CSO who will be available on the phone 24 hours a day.

Transfer/transport
We arrange all transfer to the Hospital from your hotel or residence and back if required. There will be no extra charge for your partner/spouse.

Accommodation
We book and arrange top quality accommodation for your entire stay in Malaysia and there will be no extra charge for your partner/spouse. You can choose from our fantastic range of 5-Star and 4-Star hotels and service apartements available at affordable rates. Post-Operative Follow-up and Care
For most routine surgeries, patients are often discharged from hospital after 1 or 2 days. Most complications of surgery occur in the first 2 weeks. Our In-House Doctor will care for you after you are discharged from hospital to make sure your recovery is going well. No other agency has a doctor to care for you post-op.

Holiday Tours
Before you start your treatment or while you are recovering, you may wish to join our exclusive holiday tours to sample the city life of Kuala Lumpur or various other tourist attractions Malaysia has to offer. As always, we will handle and arrange this for you! Check out our featured tours.

After you leave for home
Our service does not stop once you board the plane for home. We will be available for contact on-line or over the phone at any point after you leave Malaysia should there be any queries about your treatment or surgery. We can arrange for the treating Doctor/Surgeon to contact you and can even arrange for your local doctor to discuss with your treating Doctor/ Surgeon via tele-conferencing or online.
